Roles & Responsibilities:

You are the key chief liaison between the artist, production and the organizers 

A. In terms of Artists:

1. Coordinate sound checks with all the DJs prior to the start of the stage hours.

2. Make sure the DJs arrive in time

3. Load in sound, line cable check

4. make sure the DJs play the scheduled amount of time

5. Make sure the DJ loads out when they finish playing-(removing their USB and Headphone and stuff)

6. make sure all DJs need are met during the performance

B. In terms of Equipments

1. Coordinate equipment setup with the sound engineers 

2. Ensure all the equipments are checked and tested before performance.

3. coordinate with light engineers and make sure all light equipment are installed and operational.

4. Report any technical issues and malfunctions in the equipments to the sound engineers.

C. In terms of Hospitality

1. Ensure DJ table is clear from any drinks or any items that shouldn’t be on the DJ table

2. Assist the DJ in capturing photos and videos with their mobile phones if they wish to.

3. Ensure unlabeled water bottles are provided for the DJs

D. In terms of Crowd and Safety

1. Coordinate with stage bouncer and security to ensure no crowd enters the backstage area.

2. ensure no production staff is not posing as an obstacle during the DJ’s performance.
